Juarês de Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. After 14 played minutes, Marquês de Herval's Bruno Bastos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Guilherme Duarte came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Marquês de Herval reached it. 17 minutes into the game, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Sidnei Teixeira nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Juarês de Amaral made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-2. Juarês de Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Elder Lago went, in the 20th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Guilherme Duarte made an important save on a dangerous shot by Eliseu Braga in the 26th minute. Guilherme Duarte was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Eliseu Braga showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-3 in the 34 minute of play. Bruno Bastos took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guilherme Duarte. Guilherme Duarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-3. When Marquês de Herval's Bruno Bastos in the 41st minute got a chance for a shot 41st didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s goalie prevented a goal. 42 minutes into the game, Eliseu Braga recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Guilherme Duarte. Eliseu Braga showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-3. 46 minutes into the match, Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ-'s Gil Hoffmann broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Zé Batista kicked well hit freekick during the 47th minute of the match. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 3-3 after a close first half.
The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Marcus Simões was the one to do the kick off. Guilherme Duarte took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcus Simões, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 52nd minute, Wágner Perez hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guilherme Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Bruno Bastos, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Eliseu Braga took the ball and in the 58 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Guilherme Duarte. Guilherme Duarte dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-3. Guilherme Duarte came out of the goal in the 62nd minute to try and stop a shot by Marquês de Herval's Giovani Fernandes. But to his dismay, Giovani Fernandes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-3. If Elder Lago had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 66th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Sidnei Teixeiras short, quick shot in the 67thth minute got Juarês de Amaral to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. The corner ended in Marco Leite almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Marquês de Herval's Juarês de Amaral did a great save. After 69 played minutes Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Zézinho de Salles. When the match had gone on for 73 minutes, Gil Hoffmann took a quick shot and it went in 5-4 without a chance for Juarês de Amaral to make any attempt to save it. Marquês de Herval's Juarês de Amaral played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Elder Lago in the 76th minute of play. Giovani Fernandes charged in rather forcefully in the 77th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Giovani Fernandes the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Guilherme Duarte didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Marcus Simões went, in the 79th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-4 was the resulting score. The tension between the Marquês de Herval and the Magic Canhotas FC -DMZ- players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 86th minute, Eliseu Braga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Guilherme Duarte showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcus Simões, who was totally free with the ball in the 87th minute. 88 minutes into the game, Marquês de Herval's Marcus Simões nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Guilherme Duarte made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-4. If Gil Hoffmann had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wágner Perez fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 96th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Juarês de Amaral having to interfere. When the referee ended the match the Marquês de Herval players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
