Ian Gonçalves had several of the Caatiba MZC's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 17 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 3-0 score and a disappointed Rodolfo Quirino as he didn't even see the shot coming. Rodolfo Quirino stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ian Gonçalves's shot from short distance in the 22nd minute. In the 24thth minute of the game Adrianinho Ortiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Umbrella Corporation's João Paulo Corrêa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Jeferson Mazza kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rodolfo Quirino. That made the score 4-0 in the 25 minute of play. Ian Gonçalves who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 27thth minute tested the skills of Rodolfo Quirino when he managed to save the team from getting behind. In the 30thth minute of the game Ian Gonçalves who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Caatiba MZC's Rodolfo Quirino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ezequiel da Rocha kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. When Umbrella Corporation's Ian Gonçalves in the 46th minute got a chance for a shot 46th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Caatiba MZC's goalie prevented a goal. When Dinei Moraes fell near the penalty area in the 47th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Caatiba MZC's protests and gave Dinei Moraes a yellow card for diving instead. In the 47th minute, Dinei Moraes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

The wind increased when Adrianinho Ortiz made the kick off in the second half. Ian Gonçalves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 53rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. João Paulo Corrêa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Benedito Domingues in the 55th minute. 59 minutes into the match, Caatiba MZC's goal looked a bit too open when Ian Gonçalves came free, but Rodolfo Quirino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 61 minutes, Ian Gonçalves put it in 6-0 from a short distance just to the right of Rodolfo Quirino. Umbrella Corporation's João Paulo Corrêa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save Umbrella Corporation from getting a goal against them. The Umbrella Corporation fans' excitement grew in the 68th match minute when Umbrella Corporation's Ian Gonçalves looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 7-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. In the 72nd minute Ian Gonçalves shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Quirino saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Ian Gonçalves in the 74th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodolfo Quirino prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 76th match minute, Caatiba MZC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Laerte da Silva to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Ian Gonçalves's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Rodolfo Quirino was relentless in the 90th minute of the game. In the 93rdth minute of the game Adrianinho Ortiz who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Umbrella Corporation's João Paulo Corrêa was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Umbrella Corporation fully deserved thier win.
