The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Dênis de Amorim was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. 14 minutes into the game, Marquinhos Baiano cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Dênis de Amorim was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Dênis de Amorim stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Marquinhos Baiano's shot from short distance in the 17th minute. Christian Cardozo scored 0-4 in the 21st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dênis de Amorim, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Dênis de Amorim showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marquinhos Baiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. If Flavinho Queiroz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Flavinho Queiroz took the ball and in the 27 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dênis de Amorim. Dênis de Amorim dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-5. An unexpectedly hard shot by Marquinhos Baiano in the 30th minute of play forced BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's goalkeeper Dênis de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Dênis de Amorim took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Flavinho Queiroz, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Duarte Costa in the 36th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's Renatinho Paraíba. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ulisses do Valle made a kick off. Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ's Duarte Costa came free and shot a quick shot against goal 51 minutes in the game, fortunately Dênis de Amorim had problems saving as it came toward the left post. The crowd rose to their feet as Wilian Mandrak kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Dênis de Amorim. That made the score 0-7 in the 53 minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Christian Cardozo in the 61st minute of play forced BK TECH EQUIPAMENTOS's goalkeeper Dênis de Amorim to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Through an outstanding action, after 62 minutes, Dênis de Amorim successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 63rd minute, Duarte Costa left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Nabucodonosor E.C. FPRMZ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-8. Dênis de Amorim made an important save on a dangerous shot by Flavinho Queiroz in the 68th minute. Marquinhos Baiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 71st minute of the match, but Dênis de Amorim made a huge save.
