The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Kauã Faria helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Primatas FC getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Kauã Faria hit a great ball. Evandro Furtado came out of the goal in the 7th minute to try and stop a shot by Primatas FC's Luís Gustavo Monteiro. But to his dismay, Luís Gustavo Monteiro quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. After a defensive mix-up in Quandus's zone, Luís Gustavo Monteiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Evandro Furtado came out of the goal and Luís Gustavo Monteiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Luís Gustavo Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 14th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 16 minutes into the game, Iuri Félix was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Quandus's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Primatas FC the free kick. Kaká Passos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from João Paulo Vargas in the 19th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Raimundo Alcântara got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The Primatas FC fans' excitement grew in the 27th match minute when Primatas FC's Gugu Leme looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 30 minutes into the match, Quandus's goal looked a bit too open when Gugu Leme came free, but Evandro Furtado reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Albertinho Pinho hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. In the 39th minute Gugu Leme shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Evandro Furtado saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Michel Soeiro made in the 41st minute of the game a quick throw-in and Noel de Amaral immediately put the ball in play. Evandro Furtado showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luís Gustavo Monteiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute. Albertinho Pinho hit a great freekick 48 minutes into the match. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

After 54 played minutes Quandus got a freekick which was hit by João Paulo Vargas. Evandro Furtado was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Luís Gustavo Monteiro showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-3 in the 58 minute of play. Primatas FC made a substitution. Jonas Toscano replaced Víktor Campidelis. 65 minutes into the game, Primatas FC's Raimundo Alcântara nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Evandro Furtado made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. 71 minutes into the match, Iuri Félix had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Kaká Passos. Primatas FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Iuri Félix was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gugu Leme got free with Evandro Furtado in the 74th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gugu Leme fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Evandro Furtado having to interfere. 78 minutes into the match, Gugu Leme notched a goal, 1-5, to the right of Quandus's Evandro Furtado. Evandro Furtado was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. A collision led to Quandus getting a freekick after 82 minutes play.
