When Wilson Meireles came up free with the goalie in the 3rd minute, the Jundiaí -DMZ- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wilson Meireles couldn't finish the play. A collision led to Jundiaí -DMZ- getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Vinícius Toscano hit a great ball. Olavo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kauã Lira, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. Carlos Alberto de Sousa hit a great ball. Wilson Meireles recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 40th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Jundiaí -DMZ- were furious when Franklin Gaspar was red carded, 47 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. A collision led to Jundiaí -DMZ- getting a freekick after 48 minutes play. Franklin Gaspar hit a great ball. The Futbol Club RRFV players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Jundiaí -DMZ- were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Carlos Alberto de Sousa made the kick off in the second half. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wilson Meireles in the 52nd minute of play forced Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Fernando Miguel to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vivaldo Monteiro got free with Fernando Miguel in the 54th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 57 played minutes Jundiaí -DMZ- got a freekick which was hit by Vinícius Toscano. Vinícius Toscano received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 60th minute. Fernando Miguel tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Carlos Alberto de Sousa in the 62nd minute of play forced Jundiaí -DMZ-'s goalkeeper Olavo Diniz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alexsandro Barreto hit a great freekick 65 minutes into the match. 67 minutes into the match, Futbol Club RRFV's goalkeeper Fernando Miguel had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Vivaldo Monteiro. In the 70th minute Alexsandro Barreto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Olavo Diniz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 75 played minutes Futbol Club RRFV got a freekick which was hit by Alexsandro Barreto. Olavo Diniz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto de Sousa, who was totally free with the ball in the 89th minute. If Vivaldo Monteiro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The Jundiaí -DMZ- players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
