He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Futbol Club RRFV reached it. 40 minutes into the game, Futbol Club RRFV's Diamantino Senna nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Alex Laguna made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. In the 46th minute Luís Guilherme Mesquita shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Alex Laguna saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 47 minutes into the match, SRP-Laguna's Romeu Martins sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Fernando Miguel narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The crowd rose to their feet as Futbol Club RRFV's Dorival do Vale slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Alex Laguna. That made the score 0-6 after 66 minutes of play. Romeu Martins kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. SRP-Laguna's Alex Laguna proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save SRP-Laguna from getting a goal against them.
