Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Eduardo Reis couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 9th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for Gracie Barra. In the 11th match minute, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zé Terra to maneuver through the defense. When Matías Cavalcante fell near the penalty area in the 12th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's protests and gave Matías Cavalcante a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Gracie Barra booed when Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 12 match minutes in a wonderful position. Matías Cavalcante didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Matías Cavalcante dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. In the 17th minute Théodore Machado shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Sandro Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Sandro Soares took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Théodore Machado, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gracie Barra's Cacá Trigo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zé Terra in the 26th minute of play. Sandro Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Thalis Machado in the 28th minute of the match. In the 30th minute, Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's Waldemar Rodrigues dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. A collision led to Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF getting a freekick after 36 minutes play. Tião Tasso hit a great ball. 38 minutes into the match, Gracie Barra's Tiago Godoi sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Sandro Soares narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 40th minute, Dé Pinheiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Tiago Godoi was probably a little too eager to shoot when he, in the 41st played minute, shot the ball from way out. The shot was hard, but the ball flew wide of the goal. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When Tiãozão Machado fell near the penalty area in the 53rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gracie Barra's protests and gave Tiãozão Machado a yellow card for diving instead. After 53 played minutes Gracie Barra got a freekick which was hit by Tiãozão Machado. After a defensive mix-up in Gracie Barra's zone, Matías Cavalcante stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cacá Trigo came out of the goal and Matías Cavalcante tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Matías Cavalcante hit a great ball. In the 71st minute of the match, Tiãozão Machado got a very nice opportunity to score, but Sandro Soares was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. Sandro Soares didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Théodore Machado went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Tiãozão Machado's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Sandro Soares firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Théodore Machado in the 78th minute of play forced Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF's goalkeeper Sandro Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a rather tough play, Gracie Barra's Igor Pirani got a free kick in the 84th minute. Eduardo Reis struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Cacá Trigo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Onze Bravos FC - FDFDF. Igor Piranis short, quick shot in the 88thth minute got Sandro Soares to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. João Francisco Xavier hit a great freekick 89 minutes into the match.
