Moisés da Silveira made a fantastic save in the 5th minute, when Edgard Vergílio sent off a good shot on target. 10 minutes into the match, Grêmio Papão de WC's goal looked a bit too open when Isaltino Campidelis came free, but Moisés da Silveira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Norberto Quadros during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Moisés da Silveira stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Doriva Porto's shot from short distance in the 15th minute. 16 minutes into the game, Horácio Domingues was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. EoDu Uai Sôccer's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Grêmio Papão de WC the free kick. Horácio Domingues hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. After 17 minutes, Horácio Prestes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Grêmio Papão de WC and the EoDu Uai Sôccer players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Grêmio Papão de WC getting a freekick after 17 minutes play. Horácio Prestes hit a great ball. EoDu Uai Sôccer's Orlando Guimarães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luiz Maia in the 20th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alberto Reis in the 23rd minute of play forced EoDu Uai Sôccer's goalkeeper Orlando Guimarães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Orlando Guimarães showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Norberto Quadros, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. After 25 played minutes EoDu Uai Sôccer got a freekick which was hit by Ciro Toledo. In the 32nd minute Doriva Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 33rd minute, Horácio Domingues hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 34th match minute, EoDu Uai Sôccer was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Horácio Domingues to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute Bebeto Ribeiro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 43rd minute, Augusto Weidt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 45 minutes into the match, Doriva Porto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moisés da Silveira. Grêmio Papão de WC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Doriva Porto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Doriva Porto was the one to do the kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Doriva Porto in the 53rd minute of play forced Grêmio Papão de WC's goalkeeper Moisés da Silveira to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Doriva Porto left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The EoDu Uai Sôccer fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Leandro Capixaba in the 68th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Moisés da Silveira prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Grêmio Papão de WC's Moisés da Silveira played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leandro Capixaba in the 69th minute of play. 71 minutes into the game, Leandro Capixaba cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 4-0. Moisés da Silveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a rather tough play, EoDu Uai Sôccer's Ciro Toledo got a free kick in the 75th minute. Moisés da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Doriva Porto, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. Augusto Weidt kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 89 minutes, Naldo Soeiro mouthed his way into the referee's book. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Doriva Porto in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Moisés da Silveira saved Grêmio Papão de WC from getting behind.
