Váldson Paraibano kicked well hit freekick during the 21st minute of the match. After 37 played minutes, Romando Futebol Clube's Vladimir Alvarenga shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Benedito Meira came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Romando Futebol Clube reached it. Benedito Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ramiro Brito in the 39th minute of the match. Benedito Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Elder Tróia, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After the first half Romando Futebol Clube were leading 0-5. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elder Tróia to make the kick off. Ramiro Brito recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 54th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 58th minute, Romando Futebol Clube's Elder Tróia dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-6. Benedito Meira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elder Tróia in the 61st minute of the match. Sílvio de Amorim hit a great freekick 63 minutes into the match. In the 65th minute, Romando Futebol Clube's Nico Dantas dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-7. 69 minutes into the match, Romando Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Mateus Barral came free, but Clemente Hermes reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Benedito Meira made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nico Dantas in the 74th minute. When Romando Futebol Clube's Elder Tróia in the 75th minute got a chance for a shot 75th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Atlético de Crisal's goalie prevented a goal. Guga Nunes hit a great freekick 75 minutes into the match. Elder Tróia succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 0-8 in the 76th playminute. Nico Dantas might have been able to make a better finish in the 82nd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benedito Meira. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Nico Dantas ran back to his position shaking his head. Romando Futebol Clube:s Clemente Hermes showed great skill when he stopped Toninho Martins:s penalty. In the 87th minute, Guga Nunes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 91 minutes into the game, Dráusio Varela was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Romando Futebol Clube's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Atlético de Crisal the free kick. Benedito Meira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Brito, who was totally free with the ball in the 99th minute.
