In the 2nd match minute, Grêmio Papão de WC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Augusto Weidt to maneuver through the defense. When Norberto Quadros came up free with the goalie in the 6th minute, the Grêmio Papão de WC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Norberto Quadros couldn't finish the play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Norberto Quadros in the 10th minute of play forced Wolves FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Zé Veloso to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 12 minutes of play, Wolves FC - DMZ's Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Moisés da Silveira was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 18th match minute, Wolves FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ruy Valle to maneuver through the defense. After 19 played minutes, Grêmio Papão de WC's Dráuzio Queiroz shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Zé Veloso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Grêmio Papão de WC reached it. In the 22nd match minute, Grêmio Papão de WC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raí Paraibano to maneuver through the defense. In the 23rd minute of the match Gilberto Ceresso shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Moisés da Silveira showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. In the 28th match minute, Wolves FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruninho Branco to maneuver through the defense. Grêmio Papão de WC made a substitution. Luiz Fábio Vinhas replaced Diogo Vidal. In the 30th match minute, Wolves FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruninho Branco to maneuver through the defense. In the 32nd minute, one of Grêmio Papão de WC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Grêmio Papão de WC. 37 minutes into the match, Wolves FC - DMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Dadá Amorim came free, but Zé Veloso reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Grêmio Papão de WC's Dadá Amorim managed to work through Wolves FC - DMZ's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Dadá Amorim dejectedly held out his arms as if to ask why the ball hadn't gone in. In the 40th match minute, Wolves FC - DMZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilberto Ceresso to maneuver through the defense. Moisés da Silveira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovanni de Amaral, who was totally free with the ball in the 44th minute. Moisés da Silveira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Almir Costa, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The Grêmio Papão de WC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Wolves FC - DMZ were winning 0-2.

Dráuzio Queiroz's late challenge caught a Wolves FC - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dráuzio Queiroz helped the player get up and apologised. In the 51st match minute, Grêmio Papão de WC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dráuzio Queiroz to maneuver through the defense. After a defensive mix-up in Grêmio Papão de WC's zone, Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Moisés da Silveira came out of the goal and Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. In the 58th minute, Wolves FC - DMZ's Geovanni de Amaral dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-3. Moisés da Silveira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel in the 61st minute of the match. In the 62nd minute Geovanni de Amaral shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Moisés da Silveira saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Moisés da Silveira was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Almir Costa showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-4 in the 63 minute of play. Augusto Weidt's late challenge caught a Wolves FC - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Augusto Weidt helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Wolves FC - DMZ booed when Grêmio Papão de WC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Augusto Weidt didn't get a good kick on the ball. 70 minutes into the match, Almir Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Moisés da Silveira. Grêmio Papão de WC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Almir Costa was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-6. Hílton Prata charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Hílton Prata the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The long shot by Gilberto Ceresso in the 74th minute really tested Moisés da Silveira's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal. After a rather tough play, Grêmio Papão de WC's Dráuzio Queiroz got a free kick in the 78th minute. After 80 played minutes Wolves FC - DMZ got a freekick which was hit by Dráuzio Leite. Geovanni de Amaral scored 0-7 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Moisés da Silveira, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Almir Costa could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 87th minute of the match, but Moisés da Silveira made a huge save. 88 minutes into the game, Geovanni de Amaral cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Moisés da Silveira was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel took the ball and in the 93 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Moisés da Silveira. Moisés da Silveira dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-9. Wolves FC - DMZ's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
