Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 7 minutes into the game, Wolves FC - DMZ's Deivid Prestes nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Olavo Vasconcelos made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The supporters of Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso booed when Wolves FC - DMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wanderson Lopez didn't get a good kick on the ball. When Fernandinho Paes came up free with the goalie in the 11th minute, the Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Fernandinho Paes couldn't finish the play. In the 15th match minute, Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Artur Rezende to maneuver through the defense. Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wolves FC - DMZ the free kick. In the 39th match minute, Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by José Vítor de Sena to maneuver through the defense. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Francisco Garcia to make the kick off. Olavo Vasconcelos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tiaguinho Velloso, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 53rd minute, Francisco Garcia got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olavo Vasconcelos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Geovanni de Amaral in the 55th minute of the match. 62 minutes into the game, Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's Renatinho Braga nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Zé Veloso made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Sílvio Luís Lucas's late challenge caught a Wolves FC - DMZ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sílvio Luís Lucas helped the player get up and apologised. Olavo Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deivid Prestes went, in the 69th minute, to the upper right corner, 4-1 was the resulting score. In the 71st minute, Willian Pena hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 74 minutes of play Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's Sílvio Luís Lucas was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. Geovanni de Amaral received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Olavo Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Olavo Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel in the 80th minute of play. Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's Olavo Vasconcelos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Deivid Prestes in the 81st minute of play. After having played for 85 minutes, Tiaguinho Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Wolves FC - DMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Tiaguinho Velloso was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Tiaguinho Velloso's late challenge caught a Liga Esporte Paulo Afonso's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tiaguinho Velloso helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Wolves FC - DMZ's Tiaguinho Velloso got a free kick in the 93rd minute. If Jorge Vicente Lopes Maciel had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Wolves FC - DMZ's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
