One of Bergamim F.C.:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Fenato futebol clube:s goal. 18 minutes into the game, Vítor Matorin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 3-0. Vicente Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Délio Munhoz was extremely unlucky when he, in the 23rd minute, took a shot that hit the right post and went out. After a defensive mix-up in Bergamim F.C.'s zone, Hermínio Seco stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Vicente Azevedo came out of the goal and Hermínio Seco tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. 26 minutes into the game, Fenato futebol clube's José Carlos Romero nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Vicente Azevedo made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-0. José Carlos Romero hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. José Carlos Romero stood ready after the free kick and tried to head the ball into the goal, but got pushed from behind by one of Bergamim F.C.'s defenders and the ball went out. Fenato futebol clube appealed in vain for a penalty, the referee looked over at the linesman, but the flag stayed down. No Penalty. In the 33rd minute, Délio Munhoz made a precise shot to the right of Vicente Azevedo. Bergamim F.C.'s defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 42nd minute José Carlos Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 45th minute, Hermínio Seco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Vicente Azevedo was frozen by the shot and now it was 6-0. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 6-0 at half-time.

The wind increased when José Augusto Toledo made the kick off in the second half. After 54 played minutes Bergamim F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Cássio Neiva. After 56 played minutes Fenato futebol clube got a freekick which was hit by Délio Munhoz. Hermínio Seco fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Vicente Azevedo having to interfere. If Délio Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 67th minute José Carlos Romero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vicente Azevedo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Hermínio Seco in the 69th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vicente Azevedo prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If José Carlos Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 70th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Bergamim F.C. defense, José Carlos Romero kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vicente Azevedo. The Bergamim F.C. fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vicente Azevedo should have stopped the shot. 78 minutes into the match, Bergamim F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Hermínio Seco came free, but Vicente Azevedo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Hermínio Seco struck a weak shot in the 78th minute. Vicente Azevedo didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fenato futebol clube. Juvenal de Moraes kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. Benê Lago kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. If Délio Munhoz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. Vicente Azevedo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Fenato futebol clube had played much better football throughout.
