Kaká Leal took the ball and in the 56 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Yan Pirani. Yan Pirani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-0. Gilson Dionísio shot from long distance in the 74th minute, but Paulão Penha was prepared and stopped the ball at the left post. When Basílio Seco fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored SE Palestra Itália's protests and gave Basílio Seco a yellow card for diving instead. Basílio Seco kicked well hit freekick during the 79th minute of the match. 81 minutes into the game, Kaká Leal was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. SE Palestra Itália's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RÖK the free kick. In the 81st minute, Kaká Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 83 played minutes SE Palestra Itália got a freekick which was hit by Basílio Seco. An unexpectedly hard shot by Elivélton Cruz in the 85th minute of play forced SE Palestra Itália's goalkeeper Paulão Penha to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. RÖK were disappointed that they only managed a draw, even though they felt themselves to be the better team.
