Emílio Vasconcelos came out of the goal in the 10th minute to try and stop a shot by Barbie Doll United U23's Alan Gaúcho. But to his dismay, Alan Gaúcho quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's attentive Belmiro Britto managed to snatch the ball when Mathias Barreto made a throw-in in the 16th minute of the game. In the 19th minute, Pedrão Arce got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Alan Gaúcho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 20th minute. Emílio Vasconcelos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Emílio Vasconcelos stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pedrão Arce's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. Emílio Vasconcelos didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedrão Arce went, in the 25th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Ezequiel Leão fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico de Salles having to interfere. Alan Gaúcho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 31st minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 33rd match minute, Tenha Dó Dó Dó was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Duarte Pinheiro to maneuver through the defense. Pedrão Arce hit a great freekick 35 minutes into the match. Carlinhos da Costa was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 38 minutes into the match. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Barbie Doll United U23:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Tenha Dó Dó Dó:s goal. Federico Valverde placed the ball on the penalty spot and got himself ready to shoot. Post out! Waldemar de Godoi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 41st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Through an outstanding action, after 43 minutes, Frederico de Salles successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Emílio Vasconcelos showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar de Godoi, who was totally free with the ball in the 48th minute. After the first half Barbie Doll United U23 were leading 0-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.
In the 52nd minute Alan Gaúcho shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Emílio Vasconcelos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 56 played minutes Barbie Doll United U23 got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Medeiros. When the match had gone on for 58 minutes, Alessandro Crea put it in 1-3 from a short distance just to the right of Frederico de Salles. Barbie Doll United U23 were awarded a corner in the 63th minute after Tenha Dó Dó Dó's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Erasmo Domingues took the corner. Emílio Vasconcelos was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Alan Gaúcho showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-4 in the 70 minute of play. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's Emílio Vasconcelos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 73rd minute of the match, managed to save Tenha Dó Dó Dó from getting a goal against them. If Alan Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After a defensive mix-up in Tenha Dó Dó Dó's zone, Silvério Netto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Emílio Vasconcelos came out of the goal and Silvério Netto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Tenha Dó Dó Dó's Emílio Vasconcelos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 77th minute of the match, managed to save Tenha Dó Dó Dó from getting a goal against them. Barbie Doll United U23's Alan Gaúcho got a good chance for a goal in the 95th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Barbie Doll United U23's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
