Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ademar de Amorim started the match with the kick off. Zemantauskas FC's Matheus Carneiro proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 9th minute of the match, managed to save Zemantauskas FC from getting a goal against them. In the 14th minute, Wanderson Paraíba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Matheus Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dida Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Matheus Carneiro made an important save on a dangerous shot by Armando Trigo in the 22nd minute. After some careless play in the Zebus FC defense, Ademar de Amorim kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Aloísio Pirani. The Zebus FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Aloísio Pirani should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Armando Trigo in the 32nd minute of play forced Zemantauskas FC's goalkeeper Matheus Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alex Berger hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. In the 47th minute, Zebus FC's Dida Coelho ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Matheus Carneiro. Matheus Carneiro yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1.

In the 53rd minute, Armando Trigo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Zebus FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Zebus FC's Aloísio Pirani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 57th minute of the match, managed to save Zebus FC from getting a goal against them. In the 59th minute, Gonçalo Rossi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Matheus Carneiro took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dida Coelho, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Clemente Netto fell near the penalty area in the 70th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Zebus FC's protests and gave Clemente Netto a yellow card for diving instead. In the 71st minute of the match Gonçalo Rossi shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Aloísio Pirani showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Armando Trigo took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Matheus Carneiro. Matheus Carneiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Wanderson Paraíba kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Aloísio Pirani made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ademar de Amorim in the 78th minute. After 85 minutes, Joel de Senna mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Zemantauskas FC and the Zebus FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. A collision led to Zemantauskas FC getting a freekick after 85 minutes play. Joel de Senna hit a great ball. In the 86th minute of the match Ivo Salgado sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Matheus Carneiro skillfully saved the ball. After 89 minutes Zemantauskas FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Baltazar Barral who took care of the corner kick. The corner led to Zebus FC's Dave Lombardo getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. If Dida Coelho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When the match had gone on for 97 minutes, Gonçalo Rossi took a quick shot and it went in 5-2 without a chance for Aloísio Pirani to make any attempt to save it. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Zebus FC had played much better football throughout.
