The O MOTIVO ⚽ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Dida Braga should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Futuros FC booed when O MOTIVO ⚽ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 34 match minutes in a wonderful position. Válter Mattos didn't get a good kick on the ball. Marco Pimenta might have been able to make a better finish in the 39th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Dida Braga. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Marco Pimenta ran back to his position shaking his head. Bernardo de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 44th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Koko Duro having to interfere. Manuel Maciel kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Oscar Trevisan struck a weak shot in the 47th minute. Dida Braga didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Futuros FC. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

After a rather tough play, O MOTIVO ⚽'s Válter Mattos got a free kick in the 69th minute. In the 70th match minute, Futuros FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tomás Marques to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes into the match, Futuros FC's goal looked a bit too open when Bernardo de Salles came free, but Koko Duro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Davi Barbosa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 83rd minute. Dida Braga tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Dida Braga showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Oscar Trevisan, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Oscar Trevisan in the 93rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dida Braga saved O MOTIVO ⚽ from getting behind. Koko Duro made a fantastic save in the 95th minute, when André Batista sent off a good shot on target.
