After 4 minutes, Nando Custódio mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Samurai Champions FC and the Chinho FC players grew even worse after the yellow card. Chinho FC's defense didn't have a chance, in the 7th minute, when Jeferson Amaral scored to the left of an out of position Gilson de Alcântara, making the score, 1-0. The supporters of Chinho FC booed when Samurai Champions FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cauã Arantes didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alexsandro Netto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Corryn Bolt, who was totally free with the ball in the 15th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Leandro Vieira during the 21st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 22nd match minute, Chinho FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Leandro Vieira to maneuver through the defense. When Leandro Vieira was, once again, overly rough in his play he received his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. 23 minutes had been played. In the 23rd minute, Leandro Vieira hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Zé Paraense in the 30th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Alexsandro Netto saved Samurai Champions FC from getting behind. In the 36th minute, Corryn Bolt got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. A collision led to Chinho FC getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Corryn Bolt hit a great ball. With a little luck, Samurai Champions FC's Alexsandro Netto got control of the ball when Zé Paraense tried to sneak it across the goal line. Chinho FC's Gilson de Alcântara played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeferson Amaral in the 76th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zé Paraense during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a defensive mix-up in Samurai Champions FC's zone, Corryn Bolt stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Alexsandro Netto came out of the goal and Corryn Bolt tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Gilson de Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mané Catarinense in the 87th minute of the match. In the 88th minute, Lenílson Munhoz hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexsandro Netto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zé Paraense in the 92nd minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Samurai Champions FC fans cheered their team off the field, for while Chinho FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
