Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Guilherme Cruz started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Ferreira Lopes MZC's Filipe Cruz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Pedro Baptista in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th minute, Carlos Alberto Novaes left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ferreira Lopes MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. 11 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goal looked a bit too open when Geovânio Torres came free, but Ernani Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 12 minutes, Guilherme Cruz took a quick shot and it went in 2-0 without a chance for Ernani Dias to make any attempt to save it. A collision led to Inter de Melão getting a freekick after 15 minutes play. Murilo Nascimento hit a great ball. Ernani Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Novaes in the 16th minute of play. Ernani Dias showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Geovânio Torres, who was totally free with the ball in the 19th minute. After a rather tough play, Ferreira Lopes MZC's Moisés Toledo got a free kick in the 20th minute. In the 21st minute of the match Pedro Baptista sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Filipe Cruz skillfully saved the ball. Filipe Cruz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Pedro Baptista went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 2-1 was the resulting score. Filipe Cruz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Aguiar in the 28th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 35th minute, Geovânio Torres managed to get in a good position for a shot. Ferreira Lopes MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Geovânio Torres was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Ernani Dias breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Inter de Melão were furious when Elói da Rocha was red carded, 36 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. Inter de Melão's Ernani Dias proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 38th minute of the match, managed to save Inter de Melão from getting a goal against them. After a rather tough play, Inter de Melão's Pedro Baptista got a free kick in the 46th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Pedro Baptista made the kick off in the second half. Ernani Dias made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Duarte Prata in the 52nd minute of play. Falcão Aguiar might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Filipe Cruz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Falcão Aguiar ran back to his position shaking his head. Marcinho Marques blasted a shot towards the goal in the 60th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Filipe Cruz having to make a save. After 66 minutes of play, Inter de Melão's Pedro Baptista made it 2-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Filipe Cruz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcinho Marques sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 72 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Sampaio came free, but Ernani Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 73 minutes into the match, Inter de Melão's goal looked a bit too open when Geovânio Torres came free, but Ernani Dias reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The referee ignored Ferreira Lopes MZC's protests and gave Geovânio Torres a yellow card for diving instead. In the 96th minute, Geovânio Torres hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. Inter de Melão had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
