Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Mauro Meireles took the kick off in the first half of the match. Fala Sério FC's Celso Brito played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Waldir Romero in the 4th minute of play. Luiz Guilherme Toscano hit a great freekick 7 minutes into the match. Celso Brito made a fantastic save in the 14th minute, when Gino Carneiro sent off a good shot on target. A collision led to Fala Sério FC getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Silvério de Queirós hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as DENVER™'s Gino Carneiro slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Celso Brito. That made the score 1-0 after 21 minutes of play. Celso Brito was out of position in the 24 minute of play, and Waldir Romero capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Waldir Romero really showed his touch with that goal: 2-0. 28 minutes into the match, Fala Sério FC's goal looked a bit too open when Waldir Romero came free, but Celso Brito reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 30 minutes into the match, Waldir Romero dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Celso Brito, 3-0. Amauri Félix hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Fala Sério FC's Elano de Sousa got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Celso Brito was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 43rd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Róbson Vasconcelos. Celso Brito came out of the goal in the 47th minute to try and stop a shot by DENVER™'s Márcio Guedes. But to his dismay, Márcio Guedes quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Gino Carneiro made a kick off. 54 minutes into the match, Gino Carneiro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Celso Brito. Fala Sério FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gino Carneiro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 5-0. In the 57th minute, Róbson Vasconcelos had to leave the field with a concussion. Mauro Meireles charged in rather forcefully in the 57th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Mauro Meireles the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 58th match minute, Fala Sério FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Mauro Meireles to maneuver through the defense. Silvério de Queirós fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dida Brasil having to interfere. 66 minutes into the game, Caio de Mendonça was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. DENVER™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Fala Sério FC the free kick. In the 66th minute, Caio de Mendonça hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Waldir Romero took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Celso Brito. Celso Brito dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. After 72 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Caio de Mendonça. Dida Brasil made an important save on a dangerous shot by Celsinho Xavier in the 74th minute. When Gino Carneiro came up free with the goalie in the 80th minute, the DENVER™ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gino Carneiro couldn't finish the play. Celso Brito showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Gino Carneiro, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. Celso Brito showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Romero in the 84th minute of the match. If Waldir Romero had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 85th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 88 played minutes DENVER™ got a freekick which was hit by Gino Carneiro. Luiz Guilherme Toscano's late challenge caught a Fala Sério FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Luiz Guilherme Toscano helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of Fala Sério FC booed when DENVER™ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luiz Guilherme Toscano didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. DENVER™ had won after a very even match.
