Fabiano Lucas showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Deivid Vaz in the 16th minute of the match. Fabiano Lucas stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of André Luiz Esteves's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. 25 minutes into the match, Rapinantes F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when José Paulo Sousa came free, but Fabiano Lucas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Rapinantes F.C.'s Beto Teixeira got a free kick in the 28th minute. Hélio Furtado blasted a shot towards the goal in the 28th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Fabiano Lucas having to make a save. With an all-out effort, Joinville Esporte Clube's Fabiano Lucas threw himself towards the right post 86 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Deivid Vaz, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Fabiano Lucas didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Deivid Vaz went, in the 89th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-5 was the resulting score. Joinville Esporte Clube's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
