Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Vladimir Valadares started the match with the kick off. After having played for 3 minutes, Germano Loyola managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Templários MZC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Germano Loyola was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. If Gildo das Neves had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 4th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 5 minutes into the match, Romário Nóbrega notched a goal, 0-1, to the right of União Agrícola Barbarense's Zé Roberto Chaves. Zé Roberto Chaves was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Zé Roberto Chaves showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Romário Nóbrega in the 8th minute of the match. Gildo das Neves sent away a hard shot on goal in the 10th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jânio de Barros scored 0-2 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Zé Roberto Chaves, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the match clock showed 19 minutes, the score became 0-3 when Jânio de Barros sped through União Agrícola Barbarense's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Zé Roberto Chaves. In the 24th minute, Vladimir Valadares hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Romário Nóbrega received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Zé Roberto Chaves tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Romário Nóbrega left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Templários MZC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. Delfim Melo kicked well hit freekick during the 35th minute of the match. If Jânio de Barros had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 36th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 38th minute Germano Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in União Agrícola Barbarense's zone, Gildo das Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Roberto Chaves came out of the goal and Gildo das Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Delfim Melo hit a great freekick 44 minutes into the match. Zé Roberto Chaves took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Germano Loyola, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-4 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in União Agrícola Barbarense's zone, Gildo das Neves stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Zé Roberto Chaves came out of the goal and Gildo das Neves tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. União Agrícola Barbarense's Zé Roberto Chaves proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 65th minute of the match, managed to save União Agrícola Barbarense from getting a goal against them. When Gildo das Neves came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Templários MZC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Gildo das Neves couldn't finish the play. When Natanael Velasco fell near the penalty area in the 78th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored União Agrícola Barbarense's protests and gave Natanael Velasco a yellow card for diving instead. After 78 played minutes União Agrícola Barbarense got a freekick which was hit by Natanael Velasco. In the 81st minute, Jânio de Barros reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Zé Roberto Chaves. The goal made the score 0-5. In the 84th match minute, União Agrícola Barbarense was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Carlos Alberto de Salles to maneuver through the defense. 86 minutes into the game, Jânio de Barros lined in a short shot 0-6 behind a frustrated Zé Roberto Chaves. In the 93rd minute Germano Loyola shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Zé Roberto Chaves saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 94th minute, Claudinei Leal hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 95th minute, Marquinhos Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Templários MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Marquinhos Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Zé Roberto Chaves breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. When the final whistle sounded Templários MZC left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than União Agrícola Barbarense.
