Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Ulisses Carioca took the kick off in the first half of the match. 2 minutes into the game, Wiliam Palmeira was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave MarquinhosEC the free kick. Wiliam Palmeira hit a great freekick 3 minutes into the match. Fabien Barthez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ciro Simões in the 4th minute. In the 5th minute, Válbson Aguiar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Fabien Barthez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Ulisses Carioca in the 11th minute. Sílvio Luiz Baiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Fabien Barthez read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 15th minute of play. Ulisses Carioca fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fabien Barthez having to interfere. 18 minutes into the match, MarquinhosEC's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitri Payet came free, but Zeca Cerezo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Zeca Cerezo came out of the goal in the 20th minute to try and stop a shot by ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Adilson Loyola. But to his dismay, Adilson Loyola quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. Fabien Barthez made an important save on a dangerous shot by Sílvio Luiz Baiano in the 23rd minute. In the 24th minute, Michael Ballack hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Ulisses Carioca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Fabien Barthez made a huge save. In the 30th minute of the match, Ulisses Carioca tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Fabien Barthez saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. MarquinhosEC's Zeca Cerezo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitri Payet in the 35th minute of play. Wiliam Palmeira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 36th minute. Zeca Cerezo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Elano Xavier charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Elano Xavier the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 39th match minute, MarquinhosEC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Elano Xavier to maneuver through the defense. Zeca Cerezo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Dimitri Payet, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to MarquinhosEC getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Reynaldo Souto hit a great ball. Ciro Simões's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 47thth minute, Fabien Barthez skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Disappointed in the 1-2 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Dimitri Payet to strike the kick off in the second half. Ulisses Carioca received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Fabien Barthez tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Zeca Cerezo made an important save on a dangerous shot by Wiliam Palmeira in the 59th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulisses Carioca in the 60th minute of play forced ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's goalkeeper Fabien Barthez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Fabien Barthez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Ulisses Carioca in the 62nd minute of the match. Zeca Cerezo made a fantastic save in the 65th minute, when Dimitri Payet sent off a good shot on target. In the 68th play minute Dimitri Payet came free and shot an unsuspected shot which went into goal from the right pole behind a surprised Zeca Cerezo. 1-3. Fabien Barthez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses Carioca, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The supporters of MarquinhosEC booed when ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 74 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wiliam Palmeira didn't get a good kick on the ball. Fabien Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Carioca in the 75th minute of play. If Sílvio Luiz Baiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 77th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Alfredo Loyola kicked well hit freekick during the 80th minute of the match. After 81 played minutes ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ got a freekick which was hit by Wiliam Palmeira. Fabien Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Simões in the 83rd minute of play. After a rather tough play, ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Vitinho Abreu got a free kick in the 88th minute. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ's Fabien Barthez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ulisses Carioca in the 90th minute of play. 89 minutes into the game, one of ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. ҜΔΜƗҜΔŽ€Ş ĆƗΜŽ:s Fabien Barthez showed great skill when he stopped Natã Dias:s penalty. Fabien Barthez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ulisses Carioca in the 93rd minute of play. Fabien Barthez showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ulisses Carioca, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute.
