Cláudio Soares showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Enéas Cunha in the 3rd minute of the match. Wilian Peixoto kicked well hit freekick during the 4th minute of the match. Enéas Cunha took the ball and in the 6 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cláudio Soares. Cláudio Soares dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. 10 minutes into the game, Lucas Botelho cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Cláudio Soares was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 15th minute Bruninho Trevisan shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Cláudio Soares saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Natã Hames got free with Gustavo Brasil in the 17th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 21 minutes into the match, Pratigipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmílson de Brito came free, but Cláudio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Enéas Cunha in the 22nd minute of play. 23 minutes into the match, Pratigipe EC's goal looked a bit too open when Edmílson de Brito came free, but Cláudio Soares reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Enéas Cunha in the 26th minute of play forced Pratigipe EC's goalkeeper Cláudio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience was convinced that Enéas Cunha's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Cláudio Soares was relentless in the 31st minute of the game. A collision led to Pratigipe EC getting a freekick after 40 minutes play. Cristiano Costa hit a great ball. In the 41st minute of the match Paulo Renato Arantes sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Cláudio Soares skillfully saved the ball. Cláudio Soares showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Enéas Cunha, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmílson de Brito in the 55th minute of play forced Pratigipe EC's goalkeeper Cláudio Soares to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 55th match minute, Pratigipe EC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rubens Neves to maneuver through the defense. The referee felt a red card was in order, 60 minutes into the game, when Wilian Peixoto put in a rough tackle. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Botelho in the 64th minute of play. If Aloísio Vianna had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 65th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After some careless play in the Pratigipe EC defense, Edmílson de Brito kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cláudio Soares. The Pratigipe EC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cláudio Soares should have stopped the shot. The crowd rose to their feet as Belotaurus FC's Lucas Botelho slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Cláudio Soares. That made the score 0-6 after 71 minutes of play. After a rather tough play, Pratigipe EC's Artur Mangueira got a free kick in the 74th minute. After 75 played minutes, Belotaurus FC's Paulo Renato Arantes shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Cláudio Soares came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Belotaurus FC reached it. Edmílson de Brito could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 77th minute of the match, but Cláudio Soares made a huge save. Pratigipe EC's Cláudio Soares played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Lucas Botelho in the 79th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Celso Dantas in the 82nd minute of play forced Belotaurus FC's goalkeeper Gustavo Brasil to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 85th minute, Aloísio Vianna managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belotaurus FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Aloísio Vianna was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cláudio Soares breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Cláudio Soares was out of position in the 87 minute of play, and Lucas Botelho capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Lucas Botelho really showed his touch with that goal: 0-7. In the 92nd minute, Belotaurus FC's Lucas Botelho dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-8. 95 minutes into the game, Lucas Botelho recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Cláudio Soares. Lucas Botelho showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-9. Belotaurus FC's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
