Deivid Arce recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Rubinho Abreu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lucas Moura in the 9th minute of the match. Remo Amaral didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dorival Fontes went, in the 14th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. The supporters of ✪ XV de Umarizal booed when ADM Taquaras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ediberto Varela didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 25th minute Simão Simão shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rubinho Abreu saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Dorival Fontes came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the ADM Taquaras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dorival Fontes couldn't finish the play. Dorival Fontes sent away a hard shot on goal in the 29th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Kauan Pires received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 33rd minute. Rubinho Abreu tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Deivid Arce managed to get in a good position for a shot. ✪ XV de Umarizal's supporters rose to their feet, but Deivid Arce was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Rubinho Abreu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 44 minutes into the match, ADM Taquaras's goal looked a bit too open when Kauan Pires came free, but Rubinho Abreu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of ADM Taquaras booed when ✪ XV de Umarizal was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Elói de Souza didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 1-0 at half-time.

ADM Taquaras's Rubinho Abreu played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kauan Pires in the 63rd minute of play. Elói de Souza hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Eduardo Motta kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. Elói de Souza was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match.
