Natã Nogueira scored 1-5 in the 79th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Dênis de Castro, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Gláuber Cardozo got free with Dênis de Castro in the 87th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Dênis de Castro came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by REAL RIO CRVG's Gláuber Cardozo. But to his dismay, Gláuber Cardozo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Ricardinho Pirani charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Ricardinho Pirani the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. During the 94th minute of the match Rafael de Godoi completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Rafael de Godoi a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. When the match was over REAL RIO CRVG could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Three Lions FC throughout the match.
