Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Tostão Salles kicked off to start the match. After 3rd play minutes Waldir Peixoto shot 0-1, a short shot which went by Murilo Paiva and just under the crossbar into goal. 6 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Danilo Mello had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Donato Prestes. After a defensive mix-up in Curiphila Eagles's zone, Waldir Peixoto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Murilo Paiva came out of the goal and Waldir Peixoto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Murilo Paiva stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Waldir Peixoto's shot from short distance in the 12th minute. In the 13th minute Tostão Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murilo Paiva saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murilo Paiva showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Waldir Peixoto in the 21st minute of the match. When Cacá de Almeida fell near the penalty area in the 22nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curiphila Eagles's protests and gave Cacá de Almeida a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of TRAKINAS FC booed when Curiphila Eagles was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 22 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cacá de Almeida didn't get a good kick on the ball. TRAKINAS FC's Tostão Salles got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edmundo Linhares kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. The TRAKINAS FC fans' excitement grew in the 32nd match minute when TRAKINAS FC's Tostão Salles looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-2 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 38 minutes into the match, Naldo Costa dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Danilo Mello, 1-2. Donato Prestes could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 43rd minute of the match, but Danilo Mello made a huge save. Danilo Mello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Naldo Costa in the 45th minute of the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 1-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Donato Prestes stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Donato Prestes received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 53rd minute. Danilo Mello tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Danilo Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Naldo Costa struck a weak shot in the 61st minute. Danilo Mello didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Curiphila Eagles. The crowd rose to their feet as Edmundo Linhares kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Murilo Paiva. That made the score 1-3 in the 67 minute of play. After 71 played minutes Curiphila Eagles got a freekick which was hit by Reinaldo Cearense. A collision led to Curiphila Eagles getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Dieguinho Lira hit a great ball. Danilo Mello didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Donato Prestes went, in the 74th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-3 was the resulting score. In the 77th minute Cacá de Almeida shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Mello saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murilo Paiva made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gernando Gerber in the 78th minute of play. After having played for 79 minutes, Gernando Gerber managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. TRAKINAS FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Gernando Gerber was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Cacá de Almeida recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 80th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Danilo Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Donato Prestes, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Waldir Peixoto came free with the goalkeeper in the 85th minute of the match, and shot straight on target. The shot was a little too simple and Murilo Paiva could save by the left post. After 87 minutes of play, Curiphila Eagles's Naldo Costa made it 3-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Danilo Mello was left in no man's land by his defense there! An unexpectedly hard shot by Donato Prestes in the 95th minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Danilo Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 96th minute, Cacá de Almeida managed to get in a good position for a shot. Curiphila Eagles's supporters rose to their feet, but Cacá de Almeida was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Danilo Mello breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Neither set of supporters seemed pleased with the draw, but both teams had played equally well today.
