Spectators: 151 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tostão Salles started the match with the kick off. Danilo Mello took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alfredão Trevisan, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Alfredão Trevisan sent away a hard shot on goal in the 9th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Haroldo de Barros 10 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Gernando Gerber during the 13th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 13 played minutes TRAKINAS FC got a freekick which was hit by Gernando Gerber. 27 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's goal looked a bit too open when Alfredão Trevisan came free, but Danilo Mello reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 28th minute of the match Locomotiva grena got a corner. TRAKINAS FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Haroldo de Barros ran over to the corner to take the kick. After taking down the ball on Locomotiva grena's corner Haroldo de Barros fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Danilo Mello quite easily take care of the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Fabiano Albuquerque during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 30 played minutes Locomotiva grena got a freekick which was hit by Fabiano Albuquerque. 31 minutes into the game, TRAKINAS FC's Tostão Salles nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Giovani Paulista made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-2. In the 37th minute Tostão Salles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Giovani Paulista saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 39 played minutes, TRAKINAS FC's Giovanni Pirani shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Giovani Paulista came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in TRAKINAS FC reached it. If Waldir Peixoto had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The first half was very even, with the score at 2-2 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Hugo Dantas was the one to do the kick off. In the 52nd minute, Hugo Dantas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Locomotiva grena fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-2. Danilo Mello showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Haroldo de Barros, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. After a defensive mix-up in TRAKINAS FC's zone, Hugo Dantas stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Danilo Mello came out of the goal and Hugo Dantas tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Danilo Mello showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Hugo Dantas in the 60th minute of the match. After having played for 65 minutes, Haroldo de Barros managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Locomotiva grena's supporters crossed their fingers, but Haroldo de Barros was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Betinho Queiroz hit a great freekick 67 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Locomotiva grena's Betinho Queiroz got a free kick in the 71st minute. 72 minutes into the match, TRAKINAS FC's Giovanni Pirani broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Yan Secco hit a great freekick 73 minutes into the match. Yan Secco was shown his second yellow card after 75 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. A collision led to Locomotiva grena getting a freekick after 76 minutes play. Yan Secco hit a great ball. Giovanni Pirani struck a weak shot in the 80th minute. Giovani Paulista didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for TRAKINAS FC. Haroldo de Barros sent away a hard shot on goal in the 91st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Alfredão Trevisan in the 93rd minute of play forced TRAKINAS FC's goalkeeper Danilo Mello to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gernando Gerber's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Giovani Paulista read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 95th minute of play. Tostão Salles received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Giovani Paulista came out and tried to block the shot, but Tostão Salles slotted it home off the left post making it 4-3 in the 96th minute. Locomotiva grena's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
