The crowd rose to their feet as Gabriel Poveda kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Tarcio Bulisani. That made the score 1-0 in the 3 minute of play. Caetano Velloso was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 8 minutes into the match. Toa Toa 4EVER:s Tarcio Bulisani showed great skill when he stopped Leopoldo Toscano:s penalty. Leopoldo Toscano took the ball and in the 10 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Tarcio Bulisani. Tarcio Bulisani dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. Toa Toa 4EVER's Tarcio Bulisani proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 13th minute of the match, managed to save Toa Toa 4EVER from getting a goal against them. When Juan Bittencourt fell near the penalty area in the 19th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored AVAÍ F.C.'s protests and gave Juan Bittencourt a yellow card for diving instead. After 20 played minutes, Toa Toa 4EVER's Luís Fábio Sergipano shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Fabiano Lima came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Toa Toa 4EVER reached it. Lúcio Eger could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Tarcio Bulisani made a huge save. Víktor de Sena's late challenge caught a AVAÍ F.C.'s player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Víktor de Sena helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Toa Toa 4EVER getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Víktor de Sena hit a great ball. In the 29th minute, Valdir Prata reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Tarcio Bulisani. The goal made the score 3-0. Augusto Penha could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 31st minute of the match, but Tarcio Bulisani made a huge save. 33 minutes into the match, Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Tarcio Bulisani had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Gabriel Poveda. Tarcio Bulisani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Prata in the 38th minute of play forced Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Tarcio Bulisani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. AVAÍ F.C.'s attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Leopoldo Toscano in the 40th minute. AVAÍ F.C.'s Leopoldo Toscano was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Tarcio Bulisani in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 43 minutes of play, AVAÍ F.C.'s Lúcio Eger made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tarcio Bulisani was left in no man's land by his defense there! Af the end of the first half the score was 5-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The wind increased when Gabriel Poveda made the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute Augusto Penha shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Tarcio Bulisani saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 55 minutes of play, AVAÍ F.C.'s André Luiz Pinheiro made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Tarcio Bulisani was left in no man's land by his defense there! A collision led to AVAÍ F.C. getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. André Luiz Pinheiro hit a great ball. If Víktor de Sena had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 58th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Toa Toa 4EVER's Tarcio Bulisani played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Juan Bittencourt in the 62nd minute of play. Tarcio Bulisani showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valdir Prata in the 65th minute of the match. In the 66th minute, Fábio Guedes hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Valdir Prata in the 67th minute of play forced Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Tarcio Bulisani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarcio Bulisani took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lúcio Eger, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Luís Fábio Sergipano kicked well hit freekick during the 70th minute of the match. In the 72nd minute, Luís Fábio Sergipano hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. When AVAÍ F.C.'s Valdir Prata in the 79th minute got a chance for a shot 79th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Toa Toa 4EVER's goalie prevented a goal. Adriano do Nascimento hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Tarcio Bulisani made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Augusto Penha in the 83rd minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fernandão Arce in the 84th minute of play forced Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Tarcio Bulisani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Tarcio Bulisani stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Gabriel Poveda's shot from short distance in the 86th minute. A collision led to Toa Toa 4EVER getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Fábio Guedes hit a great ball. After some careless play in the Toa Toa 4EVER defense, Gabriel Poveda kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Tarcio Bulisani. The Toa Toa 4EVER fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Tarcio Bulisani should have stopped the shot. In the 94th minute the ball was on its way in behind Toa Toa 4EVER's goalkeeper Tarcio Bulisani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. AVAÍ F.C. had played much better football throughout.
