In the 2nd minute, Ricardinho Neiva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Johan Vollander made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Eduardo Netto in the 5th minute of play. Décio Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primo Sans in the 8th minute of the match. Cemil Acarbay hit a great freekick 12 minutes into the match. After 14 played minutes Academia B.F. got a freekick which was hit by Primo Sans. In the 19th minute Primo Sans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Décio Barbosa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Primo Sans in the 24th minute of the match. The supporters of Academia B.F. booed when Microsoft Team was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 28 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ricardinho Neiva didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 29th minute Primo Sans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Luiz Eduardo Netto got free with Johan Vollander in the 33rd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Primo Sans in the 38th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wiliam Carioca in the 38th minute of play forced Microsoft Team's goalkeeper Décio Barbosa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jeremias Porfirio fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 41st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Décio Barbosa having to interfere. When the match clock showed 45 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Primo Sans sped through Microsoft Team's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Décio Barbosa. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Luiz Eduardo Netto stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 54th minute, Primo Sans hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Décio Barbosa stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Primo Sans's shot from short distance in the 68th minute. If Primo Sans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 69th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 69th minute Primo Sans shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Microsoft Team's Décio Barbosa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 72nd minute of the match, managed to save Microsoft Team from getting a goal against them. Wiliam Carioca recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 77th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Academia B.F.'s Lauro Quirino was substituted for Gustavo Martins. Academia B.F.'s Michel Totti was substituted for Primo Sans. Microsoft Team's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Michel Totti 80 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 0-2. Ricardinho Neiva kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. The supporters of Microsoft Team booed when Academia B.F. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 87 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cemil Acarbay didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 88th minute of the match Raphael Pinheiro sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Johan Vollander skillfully saved the ball. In the 91st minute Michel Totti shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Décio Barbosa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 93rd minute Academia B.F. were awarded a corner. Zachary Mentus went to the cornerflag to take it. Michel Totti received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 96th minute. Décio Barbosa tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
