Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Ursino Silvestre started the match with the kick off. Remo Falcão struck a weak shot in the 6th minute. Natanael Sena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Barrenta SC. 15 minutes into the game, Remo Falcão cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Natanael Sena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. 18 minutes into the match, Marquinhos Messias had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Natanael Sena. Monumento Sports's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Marquinhos Messias was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-0. Monumento Sports's attentive Eliézer Favoretto managed to snatch the ball when Adriano Fontes made a throw-in in the 26th minute of the game. Ursino Silvestre could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 28th minute of the match, but Natanael Sena made a huge save. Nicolas Matorin hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Remo Falcão's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Natanael Sena firmly grabbed it by the left post. Aurelio Irrintzi took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toninho Arruda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Toninho Arruda made a kick off. After 51st play minutes Ursino Silvestre shot 3-0, a short shot which went by Natanael Sena and just under the crossbar into goal. In the 54th minute, Yuri Alberto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Ursino Silvestre recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 56th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The Barrenta SC fans' excitement grew in the 63rd match minute when Barrenta SC's Remo Falcão looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Toninho Arruda's late challenge caught a Barrenta SC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Toninho Arruda helped the player get up and apologised. Ursino Silvestre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Natanael Sena having to interfere. In the 70thth minute of the game Remo Falcão who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Monumento Sports's Natanael Sena was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Monumento Sports's Natanael Sena played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ursino Silvestre in the 76th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ursino Silvestre in the 77th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Natanael Sena saved Monumento Sports from getting behind. An unexpected shot in the 81st minute by Luiz Fábio Rosado got the crowd on their feet, but to their dismay it went out on the left side. A collision led to Barrenta SC getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Marcelinho Peixoto hit a great ball. A collision led to Barrenta SC getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. The audience held their breath when Nicolas Matorin in the 88th minute of the game managed to trick the opponents defenses and fired away a shot outside the goal on the Aurelio Irrintzi's left hand side. Natanael Sena showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ursino Silvestre, who was totally free with the ball in the 90th minute. With 91 minutes on the clock, Bunda Brilhante commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 90 minutes into the game, one of Monumento Sports:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. When Remo Falcão came up free with the goalie in the 96th minute, the Barrenta SC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Remo Falcão couldn't finish the play. When the referee ended the match the Barrenta SC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
