The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Márcio Nunes during the 4th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Monumento Sports getting a freekick after 4 minutes play. Márcio Nunes hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jon Stark in the 8th minute of play forced Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Natanael Sena to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jon Stark struck a weak shot in the 11th minute. Natanael Sena didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Beto Martini MZ 20 years. Jon Stark's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Natanael Sena read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 12th minute of play. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Jochen Gijselinx in the 13th minute. The corner ended in Mateusz Przebendowski almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Monumento Sports's Natanael Sena did a great save. Toninho Arruda kicked well hit freekick during the 19th minute of the match. 23 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Stark came free, but Natanael Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Natanael Sena took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jon Stark, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goal looked a bit too open when Jon Stark came free, but Natanael Sena reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jochen Gijselinx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 38th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Joel Lopes's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bernard Fedosz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. The score stood at 0-0 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jon Stark to make the kick off. 53 minutes into the match, Beto Martini MZ 20 years's goal looked a bit too open when Toninho Arruda came free, but Bernard Fedosz reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. With a little luck, Monumento Sports's Natanael Sena got control of the ball when Jon Stark tried to sneak it across the goal line. After taking down the ball on Beto Martini MZ 20 years's corner Jochen Gijselinx fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Natanael Sena quite easily take care of the ball. After 62 played minutes Monumento Sports got a freekick which was hit by Giovanni Souto. 68 minutes into the match, Monumento Sports's goalkeeper Natanael Sena had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Jon Stark. Bernard Fedosz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Toninho Arruda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 72 minutes into the game, Jon Stark cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-1. Natanael Sena was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 75th match minute, Monumento Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Giovanni Souto to maneuver through the defense. A collision led to Monumento Sports getting a freekick after 78 minutes play. Bunda Brilhante hit a great ball. After having played for 79 minutes, Jochen Gijselinx managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Beto Martini MZ 20 years's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jochen Gijselinx was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Jochen Gijselinx recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 87th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 90 minutes, Natanael Sena successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. The supporters of Beto Martini MZ 20 years booed when Monumento Sports was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nicolas Matorin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jon Stark recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 94th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Beto Martini MZ 20 years played a much better game than Monumento Sports and deserved their victory. The Monumento Sports players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
