Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Cacá Arósio started the match with the kick off. Breno Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 2nd minute. Ricardo Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 6 minutes, Alessandro Félix made it 1-0 with a short kick to the right side. Limoeiro-PE FC's Ricardo Carneiro tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 9th match minute, Buritama Sports was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Aírton Veiga to maneuver through the defense. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cacá Arósio in the 11th minute of play forced Buritama Sports's goalkeeper Gilberto Paraense to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Breno Koehler blasted a shot towards the goal in the 13th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Ricardo Carneiro having to make a save. Ricardo Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Sidnei de Andrade in the 14th minute of the match. Chiquinho Curado hit a great freekick 16 minutes into the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Alessandro Félix in the 28th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Ricardo Carneiro saved Limoeiro-PE FC from getting behind. Cafu Nóbrega hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. In the 30th minute, Breno Koehler got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Olívio Negri charged in rather forcefully in the 37th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Olívio Negri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Ricardo Carneiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alessandro Félix in the 40th minute of play. Breno Koehler received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 42nd minute. Ricardo Carneiro tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Limoeiro-PE FC's Ricardo Carneiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alessandro Félix in the 46th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Alessandro Félix stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 51st minute, Alessandro Félix got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 53 minutes into the game, Buritama Sports's Breno Koehler nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Ricardo Carneiro made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. The audience was convinced that Alessandro Félix's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Ricardo Carneiro was relentless in the 56th minute of the game. 60 minutes into the match, Limoeiro-PE FC's goal looked a bit too open when Breno Koehler came free, but Ricardo Carneiro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Ricardo Carneiro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alessandro Félix in the 63rd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Limoeiro-PE FC's Bebeto Lucas got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Limoeiro-PE FC made a substitution. Kerem Gol replaced Cacá Arósio. An unexpectedly hard shot by Aírton Veiga in the 88th minute of play forced Limoeiro-PE FC's goalkeeper Ricardo Carneiro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 90 minutes into the match, Kerem Gol notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Buritama Sports's Gilberto Paraense. Gilberto Paraense was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the Limoeiro-PE FC players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Buritama Sports.
