Pesqueira City's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Hamilton Luis was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. After a rather tough play, Pesqueira City's Júlio Carneiro got a free kick in the 24th minute. In the 26th match minute, Pesqueira City was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Franklin da Fonseca to maneuver through the defense. Francisco da Cunha sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 32nd minute Dráuzio Sergipano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Carlos Leclerc saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Chiquinho Alcântara who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 34thth minute tested the skills of Carlos Leclerc when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Adriano Paranaense hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Dráuzio Sergipano blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Carlos Leclerc having to make a save. That made the score 0-2 after 59 minutes of play. 63 minutes into the match, Jumeuc Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Chiquinho Alcântara came free, but Carlos Leclerc reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tadeu Prestes in the 69th minute of play forced Pesqueira City's goalkeeper Ivo de Moraes to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jumeuc Futebol Clube's Enrique Lara managed to work through Pesqueira City's defense and was going for an easy goal, but he hit the shot with his toe and the ball flew outside the goal. Carlos Leclerc was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. The Pesqueira City supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Jumeuc Futebol Clube's performance. The match ended with a win for Jumeuc Futebol Clube.
