But to his dismay, Metin Golani quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. With a little luck, OxentePaisa Salcity's Murilo Peixoto got control of the ball when Ulisses Siqueira tried to sneak it across the goal line. If Metin Golani had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 10th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. OxentePaisa Salcity's Murilo Peixoto proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save OxentePaisa Salcity from getting a goal against them. Valério Dias sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 17th minute Zico Goiano shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murilo Peixoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murilo Peixoto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Zico Goiano in the 21st minute. Zico Goiano's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 21stth minute, Murilo Peixoto skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 25 minutes into the game, Zé Roberto Moura threw the ball into play from the sideline. OxentePaisa Salcity's Ronaldinho Guedes quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. In the 26th minute, Metin Golani ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Luís Gustavo Bueno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 30th minute Juarês Antunes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Murilo Peixoto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Murilo Peixoto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Zico Goiano, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Zé Roberto Moura hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. The SE Tijolo 6 Furos players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. OxentePaisa Salcity were winning 0-2.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Ronaldão Vinhas stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Zé Roberto Moura made in the 52nd minute of the game a quick throw-in and Elias Sarmento immediately put the ball in play. OxentePaisa Salcity's Valério Dias got a good chance for a goal in the 57th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After 65 played minutes SE Tijolo 6 Furos got a freekick which was hit by Zé Roberto Moura. Murilo Peixoto showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zico Goiano, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Zico Goiano took the ball and in the 71 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Murilo Peixoto. Murilo Peixoto dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-2. Dênis Albuquerque's late challenge caught a SE Tijolo 6 Furos's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Dênis Albuquerque helped the player get up and apologised. The supporters of SE Tijolo 6 Furos booed when OxentePaisa Salcity was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 78 match minutes in a wonderful position. Dênis Albuquerque didn't get a good kick on the ball. OxentePaisa Salcity's Murilo Peixoto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Zico Goiano in the 86th minute of play. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Juarês Antunes during the 88th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. OxentePaisa Salcity had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
