The wind increased when Fernandinho França made the kick off in the second half. After a defensive mix-up in A. A. Carioca 【CIMZ】's zone, Leopoldo de Amorim stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Patrick Antunes came out of the goal and Leopoldo de Amorim tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marcelo Brito took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Erik Leite, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 58 minutes of play, A. A.
