José Maria Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Kauan Carioca in the 24th minute of play. 25 minutes had been played when some careless play by Talento Futebol clube's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Kauan Carioca was slow to take the kick. During this time Parfrente FC's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Kauan Carioca got away a dangerous shot. Despite this José Maria Souza quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. Talento Futebol clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Reginaldo Meireles was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-1.
