Hudson de Souza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Renan Quirino in the 45th minute of play.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Renan Quirino made a kick off. The crowd rose to their feet as Floresta Club U18's Dino Saraiva slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Edmílson Santos. That made the score 2-2 after 54 minutes of play. In the 57th minute Eusébio Baptista shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Edmílson Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Didi Mattos got free with Edmílson Santos in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Floresta Club U18's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Jacuitiba - FSCMZ had won, even though Floresta Club U18 had held more of the ball.
