In the 5thth minute of the game Dino Saraiva who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fabiofs's Pedro Mazza was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Pedro Mazza made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dino Saraiva in the 10th minute of play. Elano de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson de Souza having to interfere. When the match clock showed 21 minutes, the score became 1-2 when Didi Mattos sped through Fabiofs's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Pedro Mazza. Milton Friedman charged in rather forcefully in the 27th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Milton Friedman the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Milton Friedman kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 33rd minute, Isaltino Cordeiro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Elano de Salles fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 36th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Hudson de Souza having to interfere. Isaltino Cordeiro's late challenge caught a Fabiofs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Isaltino Cordeiro helped the player get up and apologised. After 43 played minutes Floresta Club U18 got a freekick which was hit by Isaltino Cordeiro. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Elano de Salles to make the kick off. Eusébio Baptista's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Pedro Mazza read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 52nd minute of play. Hudson de Souza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Elano de Salles in the 55th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Elano de Salles in the 60th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Hudson de Souza saved Floresta Club U18 from getting behind. Hudson de Souza came out of the goal in the 61st minute to try and stop a shot by Fabiofs's Milton Friedman. But to his dismay, Milton Friedman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-2. In the 64th match minute, Floresta Club U18 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Dino Saraiva to maneuver through the defense. In the 67th minute, Elano de Salles made a precise shot to the right of Hudson de Souza. Floresta Club U18's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 3-2. Pedro Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Baptista in the 72nd minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Fabiofs's Júlio Gaspar got a free kick in the 74th minute. In the 75th minute, Didi Mattos got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 78th minute, Elano de Salles ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Hudson de Souza was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. Pedro Mazza showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Eusébio Baptista in the 82nd minute of the match. 84 minutes into the match, Fabiofs's goalkeeper Pedro Mazza had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Didi Mattos. After a rather tough play, Fabiofs's Remo Simão got a free kick in the 87th minute. 92 minutes into the game, Remo Simão was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Fabiofs's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Floresta Club U18 the free kick. Floresta Club U18's supporters were dissatisfied at the end of the match because Fabiofs had won, even though Floresta Club U18 had held more of the ball.
