Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Angelo Teixeira kicked off to start the match. 4 minutes into the game, Laércio Ceresso was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Aesir FC FSCMZ's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave LauerArmy the free kick. Laércio Ceresso hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Hélder dos Santos struck a weak shot in the 4th minute. Gerson Viana didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for LauerArmy. After 8 minutes, Nilmar Mendes mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Aesir FC FSCMZ and the LauerArmy players grew even worse after the yellow card. Nilmar Mendes kicked well hit freekick during the 8th minute of the match. James Rodriguez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 10th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. A sloppy throw-in by James Rodriguez in the 14th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Aesir FC FSCMZ's Nuno Moraes. After a rather tough play, Aesir FC FSCMZ's André Luiz Cabral got a free kick in the 14th minute. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Gerson Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Hélder dos Santos in the 15th minute of play. In the 20th minute, Angelo Teixeira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The LauerArmy fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. Romeu Prado recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 26th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Laércio Ceresso kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. In the 31st minute, Angelo Teixeira ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Gerson Viana was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. When Romeu Prado came up free with the goalie in the 33rd minute, the LauerArmy fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Romeu Prado couldn't finish the play. The supporters of Aesir FC FSCMZ booed when LauerArmy was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aílton Campidelis didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hélder dos Santos took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gerson Viana. Gerson Viana dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. An unexpectedly hard shot by Angelo Teixeira in the 46th minute of play forced Aesir FC FSCMZ's goalkeeper Gerson Viana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After the first half LauerArmy were leading 0-3. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

After a rather tough play, LauerArmy's Rony Ramalho got a free kick in the 54th minute. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Jefferson Rodrigues managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Waldemar Brodel in the 63 minute of the game. After a defensive mix-up in Aesir FC FSCMZ's zone, Hélder dos Santos stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Gerson Viana came out of the goal and Hélder dos Santos tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Hélder dos Santos in the 65thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Gerson Viana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. The supporters of LauerArmy booed when Aesir FC FSCMZ was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 69 match minutes in a wonderful position. Nilmar Mendes didn't get a good kick on the ball. With his leg Gerson Viana managed to avoid a goal in the 82ndth minute, when LauerArmy's Angelo Teixeira fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 90th minute, Angelo Teixeira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 95 minutes into the game, Romeu Prado threw the ball into play from the sideline. Aesir FC FSCMZ's Jefferson Rodrigues quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion.
