In the 18th match minute, Leripe Lifestyle was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rui Lima to maneuver through the defense. Elói Barreto struck a weak shot in the 24th minute. The corner led Leripe Lifestyle's Ringo Bonavent to fire away a dangerous shot which César Pereira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Ringo Bonavent's late challenge caught a Arsenal de Gols F.C's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ringo Bonavent helped the player get up and apologised. After 45 played minutes Leripe Lifestyle got a freekick which was hit by Ringo Bonavent. In the 47th minute of the match, Leonardo Pernambucano tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but César Pereira saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Elói Barreto was the one to do the kick off.
