Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Mestre GG the free kick. After a rather tough play, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Adriano Secco got a free kick in the 4th minute. In the 14th minute Fiori Campidelis shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Samuca Bezerra saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 20 minutes into the game, Mestre GG's Gildo Sá nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Samuca Bezerra made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Gildo Sá scored 1-2 in the 22nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Samuca Bezerra, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After 29 minutes of play, Mestre GG's Benjamim Medeiros made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Samuca Bezerra was left in no man's land by his defense there! Mestre GG's Francisco do Vale proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Mestre GG from getting a goal against them. Gil dos Santos kicked well hit freekick during the 37th minute of the match. A collision led to Mestre GG getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Isaltino Oliveira hit a great ball. In the 45th match minute, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chicão Matos to maneuver through the defense. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Samuca Bezerra played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benjamim Medeiros in the 46th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Falcão Marques in the 47th minute of play forced Mestre GG's goalkeeper Francisco do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-3 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Benjamim Medeiros stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Francisco do Vale showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Marques in the 91st minute of the match. Francisco do Vale showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Manoel Mota, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. In the 91st minute, one of Mestre GG:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Mestre GG. Francisco do Vale made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Gil dos Santos in the 97th minute of play.
