In the 10th minute the ball was on its way in behind Jumentus Rock Club's goalkeeper Alan Alcântara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 15th minute Allan de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Francisco do Vale saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Alan Alcântara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Chiquinho Sergipano in the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cássio Carioca in the 26th minute of play forced Mestre GG's goalkeeper Francisco do Vale to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeu Cerezo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 28th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. In the 35th minute, one of Jumentus Rock Club:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Jumentus Rock Club. Sebastião Borges's late challenge caught a Mestre GG's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Sebastião Borges helped the player get up and apologised. Sebastião Borges hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. After a rather tough play, Mestre GG's Gildo Sá got a free kick in the 41st minute. The fans had the chance to grab some refreshments as the whistle went for half-time. The score stood at 0-0 after a close first half.

The wind increased when Tales Teles made the kick off in the second half. A collision led to Mestre GG getting a freekick after 50 minutes play. Betinho Mangueira hit a great ball. Tales Teles struck a weak shot in the 51st minute. Francisco do Vale didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Jumentus Rock Club.
