Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) In the 4th minute, Caio Boldrini got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. If Amadeo Tuste had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Amadeo Tuste came up free with the goalie in the 8th minute, the Palmeiras fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amadeo Tuste couldn't finish the play. The Palmeiras fans' excitement grew in the 9th match minute when Palmeiras's Caio Boldrini looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. When Amadeo Tuste came up free with the goalie in the 13th minute, the Palmeiras fans jumped to their feet. The corner led Palmeiras's Perivaldo Furlan to fire away a dangerous shot which Renan Meira despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Caio Boldrini struck a weak shot in the 23rd minute. Renan Meira didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Palmeiras. Renan Meira took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Amadeo Tuste, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 26th minute of the match Palmeiras got a corner. Misericordia EC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Perivaldo Furlan ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner ended in Perivaldo Furlan almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Misericordia EC's Renan Meira did a great save. A collision led to Misericordia EC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Diogo Neiva hit a great ball. 27 minutes into the match, Misericordia EC's goal looked a bit too open when Caio Boldrini came free, but Renan Meira reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Amadeo Tuste received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 30th minute. Renan Meira tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Caio Boldrini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 33rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Palmeiras's Tião Tróia got a free kick in the 34th minute. A collision led to Palmeiras getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Dagoberto Moura hit a great ball. Renan Meira made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Caio Boldrini in the 38th minute of play. Amadeo Tuste's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Renan Meira read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 39th minute of play. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bob Chute was the one to do the kick off. Carlos Augusto Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bob Chute in the 52nd minute of play. Amadeo Tuste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Bob Chute recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 61st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Renan Meira didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tião Tróia went, in the 63rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-3 was the resulting score. Renan Meira was out of position in the 69 minute of play, and Amadeo Tuste capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Amadeo Tuste really showed his touch with that goal: 0-5. Carlos Augusto Recife made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cássio Motta in the 74th minute of play. Amadeo Tuste sent away a hard shot on goal in the 90th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. In the 90th minute, Caio Boldrini ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Renan Meira was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-7. When %teams%'s Amadeo Tuste was free in front of goal, he didn't hesitate to shoot 0-8 just inside the left pole, 95 minutes into the game. Renan Meira was annoyed at himself for letting in the shot.
