Evaristo Catarinense's late challenge caught a E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Evaristo Catarinense helped the player get up and apologised. In the 8th minute, Evaristo Catarinense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Alexsandro Alves recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 9th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Vila Industrial FC's Gernando Bittencourt played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Sílvio Luís Cerezo in the 10th minute of play. Marcelo Travassos recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 14th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Gernando Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rômulo Pena, who was totally free with the ball in the 16th minute. In the 17th minute of the match Alexsandro Alves shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gernando Bittencourt showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Rafa Capixaba scored 0-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gernando Bittencourt, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Zé Vides hit a great freekick 25 minutes into the match. Gernando Bittencourt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arí Soares, who was totally free with the ball in the 33rd minute. Gernando Bittencourt came out of the goal in the 34th minute to try and stop a shot by E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Sílvio Luís Cerezo. But to his dismay, Sílvio Luís Cerezo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. An unexpectedly hard shot by Sílvio Luís Cerezo in the 38th minute of play forced Vila Industrial FC's goalkeeper Gernando Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Zé Vides charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Zé Vides the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Zé Vides kicked well hit freekick during the 39th minute of the match. After 41 played minutes Vila Industrial FC got a freekick which was hit by Zé Vides. An unexpectedly hard shot by Rômulo Pena in the 45th minute of play forced Vila Industrial FC's goalkeeper Gernando Bittencourt to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.

The wind increased when Rômulo Pena made the kick off in the second half. 51 minutes into the game, Rômulo Pena recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gernando Bittencourt. Rômulo Pena showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. The supporters of E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE booed when Vila Industrial FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Tiaguinho Cunha didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 58 minutes, Rômulo Pena made it 0-4 with a short kick to the right side. Vila Industrial FC's Gernando Bittencourt tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans' excitement grew in the 61st match minute when E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Rômulo Pena looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 0-5 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Serafim Britos short, quick shot in the 75thth minute got Gernando Bittencourt to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. 79 minutes into the game, E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE's Rômulo Pena nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Gernando Bittencourt made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-6. 86 minutes into the match, Vila Industrial FC's goal looked a bit too open when Simão Baptista came free, but Gernando Bittencourt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After some careless play in the Vila Industrial FC defense, Simão Baptista kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gernando Bittencourt. The Vila Industrial FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gernando Bittencourt should have stopped the shot. When Rômulo Pena came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Rômulo Pena couldn't finish the play. In the 93rd minute, Róbson Bittencourt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Vila Industrial FC's Gernando Bittencourt proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 95th minute of the match, managed to save Vila Industrial FC from getting a goal against them. When the final whistle sounded E.C.MUKY JOINVILLE left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Vila Industrial FC.
