Abel Dracena's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Dieguinho Viana read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 8th minute of play. In the 9th minute, Frank Scarcella ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Dieguinho Viana was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-2. In the 18th minute, Raúl Rocha fired away a shot on goal. He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Jereba 4EVER's Dieguinho Viana played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Didi Cabral in the 24th minute of play. In the 28thth minute of the game Hortêncio de Salles who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jovens Democratas MZC's Murillo Pinho was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 30thth minute of the game Erasmo de Godoi who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Jereba 4EVER's Dieguinho Viana was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With his leg Murillo Pinho managed to avoid a goal in the 35thth minute, when Jereba 4EVER's Raúl Rocha fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. A collision led to Jereba 4EVER getting a freekick after 42 minutes play. Artur Capixaba hit a great ball. Dieguinho Viana showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Frank Scarcella in the 43rd minute of the match. Dieguinho Viana didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Jovens Democratas MZC's Frank Scarcella shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 0-3 in the ordered_time% minute.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Frank Scarcella to make the kick off. After taking down the ball on Jovens Democratas MZC's corner Didi Cabral fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dieguinho Viana quite easily take care of the ball. Giuseppe Negri who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 56thth minute tested the skills of Dieguinho Viana when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Frank Scarcella sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Frank Scarcella hit a great freekick 64 minutes into the match. Murillo Pinho showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Raúl Rocha, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Jovens Democratas MZC's Giuseppe Negri slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Dieguinho Viana. That made the score 0-4 after 74 minutes of play. Jovens Democratas MZC made a substitution. Rodriguinho Vander replaced Giuseppe Negri. In the 80th minute, Márcio Cruz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Murillo Pinho was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-4. In the 84th minute, Jeremias Britto got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Jeremias Britto in the 88thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Dieguinho Viana, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save.
