Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Eliézer da Silveira started the match with the kick off. Vila Mascote FC's Plamen Zhikov played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Leonardo Trancoso in the 4th minute of play. In the 6th of the match, 崔远平 tried to place the ball in the upper right corner, but Fernandão Penha got in the way and made a wonderful save. Plamen Zhikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliézer da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 8th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eliézer da Silveira in the 12th minute of play forced Vila Mascote FC's goalkeeper Plamen Zhikov to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Leonardo Trancoso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Castanheiro SC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Vicent Boonen got free with Fernandão Penha in the 16th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Eliézer da Silveira spun around in front of the goal 24 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Vila Mascote FC's goal. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Eliézer da Silveira in the 29th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Plamen Zhikov prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Plamen Zhikov took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Eliézer da Silveira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some fancy dribbling in the 41st minute, Eliézer da Silveira managed to get in a good position for a shot. Castanheiro SC's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliézer da Silveira was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Plamen Zhikov breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Marcelo Eger sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a defensive mix-up in Castanheiro SC's zone, Maurinho Mineiro stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Fernandão Penha came out of the goal and Maurinho Mineiro tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Enéas Santos to make the kick off. With a little luck, Vila Mascote FC's Plamen Zhikov got control of the ball when Eliézer da Silveira tried to sneak it across the goal line. A collision led to Vila Mascote FC getting a freekick after 61 minutes play. Edvaldo Marques hit a great ball. In the 64thth minute of the game Vicent Boonen who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Castanheiro SC's Fernandão Penha was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Fernandão Penha didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Vicent Boonen went, in the 68th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-1 was the resulting score. Fernandão Penha took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from 崔远平, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Vila Mascote FC's Erasmo Santana got a free kick in the 73rd minute. Célio Vianna received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 75th minute. Plamen Zhikov tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Fernandão Penha made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Vicent Boonen in the 79th minute of play. In the 79th minute, Ancho Ruben hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A hard shot by Fellipe da Silva from long distance, 80 minutes into the match, got Plamen Zhikov's attention. Through a fast twist with his body, he could stop the ball from going in on his right side. After a rather tough play, Castanheiro SC's Leonardo Trancoso got a free kick in the 87th minute. Enéas Santos fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 89th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Fernandão Penha having to interfere. Eliézer da Silveira's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Plamen Zhikov read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 94th minute of play. Plamen Zhikov showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliézer da Silveira, who was totally free with the ball in the 97th minute. Castanheiro SC's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Célio Pena in the 99th minute. The second half was just like the first, even and exciting. The match ended in a draw.
