After 8 minutes of play, Jataiense Futebol Clube's Wágner Fox made it 1-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Willian Trevisan was left in no man's land by his defense there! With a little luck, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Willian Trevisan got control of the ball when Wágner Fox tried to sneak it across the goal line. Raimundo Amorim hit a great freekick 17 minutes into the match. 22 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Golaki Goiano came free, but Willian Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goal looked a bit too open when Fabiano Abraão came free, but Alperen Bozkurt reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Jataiense Futebol Clube getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Xabel Vilafranca hit a great ball. Zhuo Sha Le hit a great freekick 37 minutes into the match. The supporters of Merusca F&P - CIMZ booed when Jataiense Futebol Clube was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 40 match minutes in a wonderful position. Golaki Goiano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manoel da Fonseca took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 41st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Alperen Bozkurt. Jataiense Futebol Clube's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 42 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Fabiano Abraão sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alperen Bozkurt narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 44th minute of the match Merusca F&P - CIMZ got a corner. Jataiense Futebol Clube's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Manoel da Fonseca ran over to the corner to take the kick. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Carlos Alberto Dias was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Alperen Bozkurt in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Willian Trevisan played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Wágner Fox in the 47th minute of play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Fabiano Abraão made a kick off. Willian Trevisan made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wágner Fox in the 52nd minute of play. Willian Trevisan came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Jataiense Futebol Clube's Golaki Goiano. But to his dismay, Golaki Goiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. Jataiense Futebol Clube's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Zachary Figlewski in the 58th minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wágner Fox in the 67th minute of play forced Merusca F&P - CIMZ's goalkeeper Willian Trevisan to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 69 minutes into the match, Merusca F&P - CIMZ's goal looked a bit too open when Golaki Goiano came free, but Willian Trevisan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 71 minutes into the match, Jataiense Futebol Clube's goalkeeper Alperen Bozkurt had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marcinho Negri. 73 minutes into the game, Marcinho Negri recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Alperen Bozkurt. Marcinho Negri showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Wágner Fox managed to get in a good position for a shot. Jataiense Futebol Clube's supporters rose to their feet, but Wágner Fox was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Willian Trevisan breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. In the 82ndth minute of the game Wágner Fox who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Merusca F&P - CIMZ's Willian Trevisan was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Alperen Bozkurt showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Carlos Alberto Dias, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. In the 92nd minute, Wágner Fox left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Jataiense Futebol Clube fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Jataiense Futebol Clube made a substitution. Martin Firoiu replaced Wágner Fox. When the referee ended the match the Jataiense Futebol Clube players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
