In the 15th minute the ball was on its way in behind Meninos De Cotia's goalkeeper Danilo Domingues, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Danilo Domingues took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Laurin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Iker Boruc received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 25th minute. Danilo Domingues tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 28 minutes into the game, Anaking Skywalker was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Meninos De Cotia the free kick. After 29 played minutes, Meninos De Cotia's Michel Stocks shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Matias Čech came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Meninos De Cotia reached it. Danilo Domingues didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Iker Boruc went, in the 30th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. Danilo Domingues had in the 35thth minute some difficulties stopping Piotr Osikowicz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. 35 minutes into the game, ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Piotr Osikowicz nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Danilo Domingues made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 2-0. Matias Čech showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Niceto Lando, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. A sloppy throw-in by Paolo Maldini in the 44th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™'s Anaking Skywalker. Piotr Osikowicz recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 48th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Af the end of the first half the score was 2-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The supporters of ֆքօʀȶɨռɢ ʊǟɨ ʍʐƈ™ booed when Meninos De Cotia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Carlinhos de Salles didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Piotr Osikowicz had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead.
