When the match had gone on for 20 minutes, Eduard Hourani put it in 1-1 from a short distance just to the right of Cipriano Iban. Conrado Eder took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lisandro Ralondo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to El Patriarca ® getting a freekick after 27 minutes play. Anibal Jobo hit a great ball. After some careless play in the El Patriarca ® defense, Eustaquio Casado kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Cipriano Iban. The El Patriarca ® fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Cipriano Iban should have stopped the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Eduard Hourani during the 30th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to GARIBALDI FC getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Eduard Hourani hit a great ball. Lisandro Ralondo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Conrado Eder having to interfere. Eduard Hourani took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Cipriano Iban. Cipriano Iban dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-3. The supporters of El Patriarca ® booed when GARIBALDI FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 42 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raul Transito didn't get a good kick on the ball. El Patriarca ®'s Cipriano Iban played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Epifanio Conrao in the 46th minute of play. The El Patriarca ® players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. GARIBALDI FC were winning 1-3.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Eduard Hourani was the one to do the kick off. Cipriano Iban made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eustaquio Casado in the 51st minute of play. In the 59th minute, Eduard Hourani left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The GARIBALDI FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-4. If Marcial Iliana had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 68th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 71 minutes into the match, El Patriarca ®'s goalkeeper Cipriano Iban had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Ruperto Quirze. Epifanio Conrao could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 76th minute of the match, but Cipriano Iban made a huge save. After 77 played minutes Eustaquio Casado rounded El Patriarca ®'s defense and shot a beautiful shot into goal via left pole - 1-5. Conrado Eder didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Lisandro Ralondo went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-6 was the resulting score. El Patriarca ®'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 93rd minute, when Eduard Hourani scored to the left of an out of position Cipriano Iban, making the score, 2-7. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. GARIBALDI FC had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
