Spectators: 145 (Terracing: 110, Seating: 33, VIP seats: 2) It was fairly windy and cold on the field when Felipe Salvino kicked off to start the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Nahas in the 5th minute of play forced Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Gabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Club Atlético Escocia booed when Guiñazú FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Felipe Salvino didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Facundo Nahas in the 13th minute of play forced Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Gabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Facundo Nahas took the ball and in the 14 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Gilberto Gabino. Gilberto Gabino dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-1. Gilberto Gabino took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Marcos Beturian, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Club Atlético Escocia's Carlos Lapurdi quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Segundo Haritz, made in the 18th minute of the game. 21 minutes into the match, Guiñazú FC's goal looked a bit too open when Daryl Adcock came free, but Gilberto Gabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Gabino didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Facundo Nahas went, in the 23rd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Gilberto Gabino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Facundo Nahas, who was totally free with the ball in the 27th minute. A collision led to Club Atlético Escocia getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Carlos Lapurdi hit a great ball. Jeronimo Mon made an important save on a dangerous shot by Felipe Salvino in the 31st minute. In the 32ndth minute of the game Facundo Nahas who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Guiñazú FC's Gilberto Gabino was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 34 minutes into the game, Facundo Nahas cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-3. Gilberto Gabino was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After some careless play in the Guiñazú FC defense, Enrique Astrada kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Gilberto Gabino. The Guiñazú FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gilberto Gabino should have stopped the shot. In the 40th minute, Leonel Caponi got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Leonel Caponi in the 45th minute of play forced Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Gabino to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gilberto Gabino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Leonel Caponi, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The Guiñazú FC players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Club Atlético Escocia were winning 0-4.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Facundo Nahas to make the kick off. Enrique Astrada scored 0-5 in the 51st match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Gilberto Gabino, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The audience thought a goal was coming when Enrique Astrada got free with Gilberto Gabino in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Gilberto Gabino made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Leonel Caponi in the 59th minute of play. Enrique Astrada received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 62nd minute. Gilberto Gabino tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 65 minutes into the game, Carlos Lapurdi recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Gilberto Gabino. Carlos Lapurdi showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-6. 68 minutes into the match, Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper Gilberto Gabino had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Leonel Caponi. Leonel Caponi could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but Gilberto Gabino made a huge save. In the 74th match minute, Guiñazú FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nestor Carlomagno to maneuver through the defense. In the 78th minute, Santo Heli hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Club Atlético Escocia getting a freekick after 83 minutes play. Filiberto Tolino hit a great ball. Gilberto Gabino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Flavio Ricart, who was totally free with the ball in the 86th minute. After 88 played minutes Guiñazú FC got a freekick which was hit by Sebastian Naldo. Narciso Sauveur took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 90th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Gilberto Gabino. Guiñazú FC's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. 92 minutes into the match, Guiñazú FC's goal looked a bit too open when Flavio Ricart came free, but Gilberto Gabino reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gilberto Gabino was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Leonel Caponi showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 0-7 in the 93 minute of play. The Guiñazú FC fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Club Atlético Escocia were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
